Summer Snack

Hey there dolls! I hope you are enjoying the sunshine, I'm loving the weather. Except at night time it's SO stuffy and I just keep on tossing and turning. Anyway on with today's post... I know Wednesdays are the days that I do my Steal My Style: Look Book series but I thought I would give that a rest as I wanted to share my favourite snack for summer. If you do want me to continue with the Look Book series let me know in the comments! I am here to write things that you want from me too. I want to make my readers happy! 

During Summer I don't like to eat heavy meals, I like to eat light meals as well as snacks during the day. I am not the most healthiest person, I have a major sweet tooth so I do eat a lot of junk (I know, Guilty). I try to have a healthy lifestyle, whilst at uni I joined the gym and only went about five times and never went again. I will also admit that I am lazy but when I do set my mind on something I do follow through. Also I lack self motivation I find it so hard to motivate myself just because I doubt myself a lot and the negative thoughts I have override the positive thoughts but I try to remind myself all the positives in my life. Your sweet comments that you write, really mean a lot to me, you are the reason I keep writing. It mind blows me that what I write someone out there (you) actually care and like what I write and that is my motivation right there. So, Thank you from the bottom of my heart! 

( I know I went on a ramble there but I wanted to say that to you).

Back to the post... It's weird or I'm weird not sure but I don't like to eat salads any other time apart from in the summer. Am I the only one?!? Maybe I am. My favourite salad is a Ceaser's Salad. Apart from that my favourite snack to eat ever since I was a little kid is Celery sticks with dip. I also like to have a bowl of red Grapes, Cherries and Watermelon. 

My favourite drinks for the summer is Pink Lemonade, Lemon Ice Tea, Peach Ice Tea as well as Iced Coffee.

Mini Haul

Hey dolls, I hope you are having a lovely Sunday so far. Today's post is a mini haul of things I have picked up. As you may know I love my magazines and I couldn't help myself when Glamour's August issue was out I had to read it! I love the little free gift you get with the magazine, it's like a little tester and if you love it you can purchase the item. I heard about the hype of chubby sticks but I was unsure about buying it and then not liking them. When Clinique's Chubby Stick was the free gift I was excited to try this product. I love Clinique's facial products but I have never tried anything else. Clinique's Chubby Stick  in 06 'Woppin' Watermelon' is moisturising, I love the colour and it gives a great natural tint to the lips.   

 I only went to The Body Shop to pick up one thing which was the Almond nail and cuticle oil. I love this product it has nourished my dry cuticles and helped my nails to grow. Since I have The Body Shop card which you pay £5 to have 10% discount as well as when you sign up you get a small tub of cream as a gift. (It may have changed but this was a year ago when I signed up. Ask The Body Shop Staff for more details). With the card you also get £5 off as a gift for your birthday which is amazing! When I went to the till the kind sales person told me cause I have the discount card they were offering 20% off. So, I was excited and decided to look around and I came across the beauty section. I picked up the brow setting gel which can also be used as clear mascara.  A purple eye liner it's called 'Glowing Amethyst, stay tuned for an upcoming post featuring this beauty. Lastly from a The Body Shop, I got a black eye liner called 'Carbon Black' and on the other side it has a sponge tip which is great for smudging the eye liner.

The last store I went into was Boots which is a drugstore. I treated myself to two new Essie Nail polishes from the Summer Collection in 'Ruffles and Feathers' and in 'Fear No Fear'. I love Soap and Glory's products especially the packaging and names of the product. I got the 'make yourself youthful' Rejuvenating Eye Cream and  a super self heating deep pore detox mask. Called 'No clogs allowed'. I love the bubblegum chewing gum and I have been wanting it to come in a bottle and what do I see shopping ...it's like my wish came true it's sad I know but it's the little things that make me happy.

Steal My Style: Look Book Series

Hey dolls!!! I hope you're having a lovely day so far. It's that time again !!! I hope you like this post. This outfit is cute to wear on a date, a day out with your friends during a hot summer's day. I wore this outfit to Hyde Park when I met up with my bestie for lunch and a HUGE catch up session. I'm absolutely loving Hyde Park it's the place to be during summer, it's become a fav hang out for me. It's nice cause you can chill, read a book, listen to music, have a picnic, go on the boats and have ice cream! And let's not forget the beautiful scenery anyway on with today's post ... Hyde Park Pedal Boats: 30hr £10 and 1hr £12. 

We were on the boat for an hour but to be honest I think 30hr would have been better personally because we got tired of pedalling and we left 20 minutes early to get Peaches and cream and mint chocolate ice cream. I had two scoops cause I'm greedy like that while my bestie had vanilla. It was such a good day, a memory I will treasure.

Get to know me

Hello my lovelies, I hope you're having a good start to the week. For this post I want you to get to know the person behind my blog posts and I hope you like this post too! If you have any questions you want to ask me leave a comment and I will get back to you :) 

1. I love fashion, nails, makeup, shopping and Areo Mint chocolate.

3. I have two tattoos, a feather behind my right ear which represents I'm a free spirit, it's not an ordinary feather but the feather that is on a dream catcher. My second is a ying and yang sign with a henna design it's on my left side of my rib. 

4. My fashion icons: Coco Chanel, Kim Kardashian West, Khloé Kardashian, Jennifer Lopez , Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen. 

5. My favourite food: egg fried rice with sweet and sour chicken. 

6. I was born in Canada and I live in London. 

7. I want to travel and see the world hopefully one day in my life I will have the opportunity. Here's a few places I want to see California, Florida, Orlando, Miami, LA, Paris, Greece and the list goes on. 

8. My favourite tv shows: New Girl, Prison Break, Keeping Up With The Kardashian, The Mindy Project, Devious Maids, Gossip Girl, 90210, Drop Dead Diva and The Millionaire Matchmaker. 

9. I seriously can't live without my iphone, I'm constantly on it checking twitter, Instagram, Facebook and other social medias. 

10. My favourite you tubers I like to watch are iisuperwomanii- I have actually met her at the London Mela she's such a cool person. Zoella, Tanya Burr, Anneorshine, Bethany Mota, Jaclyn Hill, DulceCandy87, Kandee Johnson and Carlibybel55. 

11. I'm a Gemini. 

12. My style is rock chic, edgy or pretty and girly. 

13. My favourite drink from Starbucks is a Caramel Frapp or Hazelnut Hot chocolate.

14. I like to spend most of my time in my bedroom chilling out to music or watching tv or experimenting makeup looks.

Steal My Style: Look Book Series

Hello Sugar, 

I hope you are having a lovely Wednesday. Isn't the weather terrific? I'm loving the sunshine. This post today is an outfit that is casual, an outfit that is comfortable and no fuss! With hot summer days I don't bother wearing makeup I try my hardest to not wear makeup unless I am going to an event or seeing friends but on a daily basis or going shopping I don't bother not because I don't want too- of course I want to look my best at all times but because I have exzema makeup still dries out my skin no matter if I wear makeup especially for really dry skin. I find my skin is healthier without makeup but hey I love make up! What is a girl to do ?!? Anyway I hope you like this post, even though it's casual. I love Aztec prints pretty much that is what my wardrobe contains. This Elephant was part of an exhibition they came to Uxbridge Shopping Centre. Here's the link: http://intuelephantparade.co.uk

These statues of Elephants are so beautiful, if I could I would keep an elephant as a pet they're such beautiful creatures. There was also a shop that was open during this exhibition was at Uxbridge you could paint your own or you could buy the already painted ones in various sizes.

Kim Kardashian: Makeup and style look

Hello my lovelies, I hope you are having a lovely Sunday. Today's post is my recreation of Kim Kardashian's look I love her style and I'm a huge fan of the series Keeping up with the Kardashians. I hope you like this post, if you do please comment below  !!! 

Makeup details: Have a look at my Makeup Heaven: For Dry Skin all my products that I use daily are in that blog post. 

The eyes: I used my 'real technique' brushes eye starter kit to achieve this look. I used Benefit's 'stay don't stray' primer on my eyelids to help keep the eyeshadow in place. For the base colour I used 'Midnight Rodeo' from my Urban Decay Midnight Emergency palette. For the crease I used a golden orange shadow and then for the outer V I used a matte dark brown eyeshadow both of those eyeshadows are from my H&M palette. Once I finished blending, I used a white shimmering eyeshadow for the highlight in the inner corner of the eye aswell as diagonally across the eye ontop where I would do I winged line.  I used a white eyeliner from Barry M to keep the shadow in place. I also used the white eye pencil in my water line. Do your normal winged liner ontop of the white shadow and then draw another line under the shadow and there you go ... I achieved the look Kim did. To finish the look of I used mascara and falsies. The lipstick I used is by Collection in 'Sugarplum' you can easily find this in your local Boots or Superdrug. The eyeliner that I am loving right now is by EyeKo Lodon Skinny Liquid eyeliner. I have never heard about this product before it came with my Glamour magazine I purchased the July Issue. I absolutely love it, it's easy to use I will definately be getting more of this. 

The hair: I straightened my hair first then did a high ponytail, I used three hair ties to create a high ponytail. I used hairspray to hold down my baby hairs and used a comb to get that slick finish just like Kim. 

My hair isn't as long as Kim's but if you have hair extensions put them in to create the long sleek ponytail I would have but I don't have any hair extensions. 

The outfit: I didn't have a sequenced jacket or a bow tie - which I think I will have to get because I love her outfit. Anyway I did have a sleeveless shirt with a bow tie at the front from H&M, I wore I black blazer also from H&M and for bottoms I wore checkered trousers from River Island. For shoes I wore black heels to make the outfit more glamorous!

Steal my Style: Look Book Series

Hello my lovelies, I hope you are having a wonderful Wednesday!!!! I hope you are excited about this post because I am. The inspiration behind this outfit was the pastel colours. I don't own much pastel colour clothing but I had pastel colour nail polishes. Whilst I was shopping with my sister I found this long top you could wear as a dress or a top or a cover up on the beach (that's how I would wear it). I wore it like a long top with dark denim shorts underneath. I paired it with my purple NY hat and my white zebra print nike wedges. The background is in my room, I thought that this would be a good place because where do you spend most of your time getting ready to go out? It's in your bedroom. I love this outfit, it has this California vibe to it and it's pastel! I have worn this outfit out to Westfield and Hyde Park. It's a pretty chilled laid back outfit. Sunday Treat!

Hey there! I hope you are having a great Sunday. I am having a good one bessides the rain. That gives us a reason to get creative and do fun things indoors. Today my sister and I baked red velvet cupcakes with buttercream icing on top and I must say they were yummy! Red velvet is my favourite kind of cake to have besides chocolate fudge. After baking we had a movie day watched 21 Jump Street, Safe Haven and catching up with more Prison Break. Let me know how your Sunday is, leave a comment below.

Instapiration (see what I did there) Instagram and a little Inspiration

Hi dolls! I hope you are well and are having a great start to your weekend. I love weekends, it's a time for rest and to organize my room from all the mess I created during the week. Recently I have joined up with Netflix to trial there one month free and honestly I can say I like it. I am watching Prison Break at the moment, I'm on Season 3 (I know what you are thinking OMG! How can you watch it only now?) When all my friends were watching it like when I was 15 years old I wasn't really into it or had the resources to watch it then. Now that I have the opportunity I am doing so. Least I don't have to wait for the next episode to come it's all there. Which is a good thing I am totally obsessed. I have also been inspired to write another script. I thought I should up date you with my life so far. Today's post is something simple but something I love to do which is going on Instagram. I love finding inspiring quotes (I am a sucker for quotes) I take a screen shot of it and save it in my Albulm folder. So, when I am feeling low I have a read through my collection of quotes I have gathered. I must say it really helps me, sometimes it's hard to inspire yourself. I don't know what it is or if it's just me but when someone else needs you your there in a heartbeat but when you need to do things for yourself I put it off or ignore it.
