Steal My Style: Autumn

Hello my lovelies,

I don't know about you but I love the season Autumn, I think that is when I notice change is happening around me. Otherwise I don't take much notice, the change in colour of the leaves, the fashion around this time, warm drinks, cosy nights in and the cooler days.

Today's post I want to share with you is about being fierce, don't apologise for who you are or who you are not! Love who you are completely because there is no one else out in the world who is like you. You are unique and embrace it!

I found the 'Good' in Goodbye

A lot has happened in my life these past couple of months, which  has brought me back to writing again. I stopped for a while because I gave up trying to pursue my dream of writing. But I recently realised I actually gave up on myself. Writing is a part of  me, I love writing no matter what it may be. I have a voice, I have a story to tell. I shouldn't give up on myself or my dream. I have gone through so many changes these last couple of months. I have lost people who I cared about but in fact did not care much about me in the first place. I guess I shouldn't have been surprised, ever since I was little I have watched people who meant the world to me leave. However nonetheless you feel the absence of their presence. I think that the hardest part of it all is knowing you can't speak to that person or be able to hear their laugh again. I know I can exist without them and they can do the same without me. One of the many lessons life has taught me is that I can only count on myself. Life will constantly keep pushing you to your limits where you have had enough and want to give up entirely. That was me, I was feeling low, helpless and just lost. I know I am not the only one who has felt this way. If you're reading this wherever you may be in this world and you can relate. I just want to say well done, you are here in this world still fighting for the better days to come because I know that's what I am doing.

I am strong but I will be stronger to keep fighting the battles life is throwing at me. I don't have the answers to as why. But I do know if I can help or encourage someone who is going through life and feels alone you're not because I'm here. These words I write are coming from my heart. I didn't plan what I was writing for this post ... all I knew was I wanted to start writing again. I guess it's a place where I needed to be free and share my thoughts and the pain I no longer want to feel. This post is me saying goodbye to the things and to the people who hurt me and I say thank you, for it has made me stronger. Blood ties are not thicker than water. A person is just a person regardless whether you're related to them or not. My wish is that I strive to be a better person every single day whilst I am still on this planet. To make someone smile and let them know it's not the end it's just the beginning.

Until next time ...

Tea. For. One. Please.

Evening dolls,

One of my favourite places to go is to Laduree and to have tea. I am such a tea lover and you can't go wrong with a sweet treat. This time I got to experience Laduree in Harrods. I absoultely love it! It's so beautiful, the chandelier screams sophistication. I was seated upstairs and had the beautiful view out the window. Usually I end up having the lunch menu but this time I opted for breakfast instead. I decided to go for a different tea which was 'The a la Vanille' as my usual is 'The Special Melange Laduree'. I must say I found a new favourite. My mission is everytime I go to Laduree is to try different items off the menu. I'm trying to get out of my comfort zone but starting with the small stuff first. It's okay to stick your favourites but it's also nice to try something new. Whilst I was waiting for my good friend I ordered the 'Basket of 3 mini viennoiseries' which was an asortment of a mini croissant, mini pain au chocolat and croissant aux amandes. Just writing now, it's making me hungry for some food at Laduree. I am a lover of good food and good conversation.

Thank you for reading, let me know if you have been to Laduree. Leave a comment below :)

New Years Manicure

Happy New Years my dolls! This is my first post coming in to the year 2015!!! This year I haven't made any new years resoloutions only just to continue to be happy. Do you have any New Years resoulotions?  I hope you all had a lovely start to the New Year. It's a new chapter in our lives lets try and make it better than the year before. Today's post is another nail tuitorial. I hope you like this post!

It's a quick and simple design so lets begin ...

1. Apply a base coat, then paint your nails white.

2. Then with your dotting tool and with black nail polish just space out the dots around your nail.

3. Now with gold nail polish and using your dotting tool space out the dots between the black dots you just made.

4. Now dip your dotting tool into white nail polish and put white dots in a few of the black dots you made earlier.

5. Do the same for your other hand.

6. Once dry apply a top coat.

7. Enjoy your new manicure!

Kylie Jenner Inspired Nails

Hi dolls, I hope you all had a lovely Christmas and Boxing Day. I am back with a new post, which is something different to what I usually blog about. Its a  step by step guide on how to re-create Kylie Jenner's nails. I love doing my nails and creating designs. Where I live there isn't a nail salon that does any of the cool designs that Kylie gets done. So, I decided to try for myself. I am happy with the results I got. This manicure is simple but looks intricate. It took me a good hour to complete both hands. Have fun with this manicure, even if it doesn't look perfect don't worry about it.

Let's begin ...

First things first you will need nail art brushes I got mine from Topshop and the nail polishes ...

Barry M - Matt White
Barry M - Matt Black
Essie - Fierce, no fear
Essie - Chinchilly
Models Own - Utopia
Rimmel London- Green Grass

Step 1: You want to start off painting all your nails white. Once they are dry use nail art pens in black to create random small lines, then with the silver glitter nail art pen create more small lines. If you don't have nail art pens you can also use the nail art brushes to create small lines.

Step 2: For the index finger you're going to need a lot of different nail polish colours. Use a nail art brush and create small triangles with all the nail polish colours. Use feirce, no fear, then chinchilly, black, utopia and green grass.

Step 4: For the middle finger again use a nail art brush and paint on the letters 'Msft'.

Step 5: For the ring finger just repeat step 2.

Step 6: To creat the paint drip effect use a dotting tool and then seal your design with a top coat.

And there you have it a Kylie Jenner inspired manicure done in the comfot of your own home.

Leave a comment below let me know if you like this post and want more posts loke this. Tweet me if you try this manicure I would love to see your re-creations!

Santa Baby

Hey dolls,

I am back with another post. This one is my favourite. I love Lush products and this one is a Christmas edition. Every Christmas Lush bring out the festive products. This year I thought I am not going to miss out like I did last year. So, this time I made sure I got my hands on the Santa bath bomb and also the snow fairy body wash which smells amazingly delicious just like bubblegum. The Santa bath bomb definately creates a christmassy feel. Once the bath bomb dissolves under the water it turns the water red then it changes completely to green. It definately makes bath time so much more fun. So if your looking for more of a fun bath experience then try lush bath bombs. Don't get me wrong I love my bubble baths but sometimes it's nice to switch it up for a change and why not it's nearly Christmas!!!

I hope you like this post, if you did please leave a comment below :)

A Glamorous Night

Hello my loves,

I am back with another post. Being ill has given me the time to write. There's only so much movies I can watch. My lovely friend Virginia who is a fashion blogger on www.misenscenelifestylev.blogspot.co.uk
check her blog out if you haven't already. She invited me to a night out with her but I had no clue where we were going. All she told me was the time and to meet her at Piccidilly Circus. I was so curious to where we were going, it was such an amazing surprise to found out we were going to Bob Bob Ricard. I had such an amazing time. The place is so beautiful, I love the decor it's very grand and the private booths we sat in were great. The food is amazing, just the right amount I had enough space in my tummy for dessert which is always good. The place is totally Instagram worthy! All the booths have the button 'Press for Champagne'. The fun didn't stop there we ventured to the W Hotel for cocktails which were super yummy. You need to try their Candy Floss and After Dinner Cocktail! It was a lovely experience and I am so glad that Virginia shared it with me. It's my turn to surprise Virginia with a secret place. I have found the perfect place that we both will love. I just need to get better and we can go!

Thanks for reading, I hope you will go and venture out to new places you haven't been to before.

Lots of love,
